Winter was born and raised in Palo Alto, California. She began acting in the Palo Alto Children's Theater and transitioned into films in 2000. Since than she has done work with Play Station, many photographers and film makers. Her first film was Fear of Flight where she played the female lead of an alcoholic wife married to a man suffering from dissociative disorder. Her music video, The Ride with director David Aragon won audience favorite at Nor Cal film festival in 2008. She continues to work in film, television and modeling.
